2). You are also gaining access to the planroom that you are registering with.
3). Your “Log-In and Password” will be e-mailed to you instantly.
4). User information must be verifiable by UTBX.

NOTE: The information entered will be available to the Owner(s) of the planrooms you register with; therefore we highly recommend proper capitalization, accuracy and completeness.

To gain access to additional planrooms you still must register with each. However, since you’re already in the UTBX system, simply entering in the same e-mail address that you originally registered with will gain you access and you will only have one “UserID” and “Password” for all additional planrooms.

At times we experience maximum loads on our servers and web services. The main reason is file downloads. We apologize for any unavoidable delays. In an effort to continue the benefits of this free service and as a courtesy to all users we ask that you Download/Takeoff ONLY the sheets that are needed.

All hard copy plans ordered from any planroom have been given discounted pricing. Even with the cost of shipping added in the overall cost in most situations can be substantially lower than downloading the files, getting them to your reprographer or printer, and waiting. Getting plans through the planroom also can be much faster. If you need hard copies make it easy on yourself and order them while you’re here!

If you are downloading files for use in Planswift or On Center we recommend using the “Create TakeOff” button under the TakeOff tab. Using this method will include a link in your takeoff software back to the appropriate planroom. Therefore you do not need to log-in to the planroom again to get additional or updated sheets, simply request the sheets needed and your software will go to the appropriate location and download it. As with all downloads we ask that you only download the sheets you need.
